Here at IDR Medical, we take the protection and privacy of your personal information very seriously and want to be as clear and transparent with the information we hold about our clients as possible.

For what purposes will we use your information?

IDR Medical will process your personal data for only one purpose:

  • Sending you a monthly email with educational content that we believe may be relevant to you

IDR Medical will never sell your personal data under any circumstances, nor use it outside of the purposes that we’ve clearly stated in this document.

 

What information do we store?

When you submit your contact details to us we will store the following personal data:

  • Your IP address
  • Your email address
  • Your name
  • The county in which you live
  • Which type of communication you’d prefer to receive (html or plain text email invitations)
  • The date and time on which you joined our database
  • The date and time on which you confirmed your email address and verified your consent to join our database
  • Your preferred email client (the software you use to read the communications we send you)
  • The sign-up source from which you joined our database

 

Consent and your rights

We only process your data with your consent and you always have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Every email communication we send you provides you with an unsubscribe option which will ensure that we cease to contact you. You are also free to withdraw your consent over the phone by calling +44 (0) 1242 694 603.

You can also modify your consent at any time, specifying your willingness to be contacted in certain ways but not in others. 

You may also send us a request to access, amend or delete your personal information. To do this, send an email to info@idrmedical.com, stating in the subject line that your email concerns a privacy issue. To confirm your identity and ensure the request has been made by you we  may request additional information.

Lastly, you have the right to object to our use of your personal data. If you wish to do so, please email info@idrmedical.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right to object. If you aren’t happy in any way with our use of your information or believe your rights have been infringed, please don’t hesitate to send us a complaint and we will act immediately to resolve this situation.

 

Third-parties

IDR Medical works with a few third-parties to enable us to effectively carry out our work. If any third-party processes your personal information on our behalf, we always make sure that they handle your data with the same levels of security, control and care that we do.

Revisions to this policy

IDR Medical might revise this policy from time to time but this is only done to improve the way we work and to ensure we are compliant with all legal requirements for data protection and security. In the eventuality that we make a change we will post them on this dedicated page and review the date at the top.
